Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed between 2-3 business days. we will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for payment verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates. Veer active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. USA and Canada
FREE for all orders over $80 USD - ships via DHL 3 to 5 Day Shipping to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note orders to Canada will take a little longer ( 6-9 days ) due to Canadian Customs and inspection. Veer active is not responsible for these additional delivery delays or customs fees due for clearance.
$20 USD* - Your order will be shipped via DHL international.
IMPORTANT: By replacing an international order, the customer agrees to pay all the custom duties and taxes. Customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.

INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
Contact us at email@example.com or simply initiate a chat before returning any products. We want to make it right!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or return orders for buyer’s remorse. Because most of our orders are manufactured on demand, we can't offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes. If you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we will figure something out!.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items, Masks and Neck Gaiters are final sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at this time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with a picture and we will let you know the best course of action.
To return your product, we will provide you with the proper return address according to your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
